With our partners, we have been able to reach women in Jordan, Ghana, Kenya, and Colombia, and transfer them knowledge and expertise to manufacture nutritious and safe foods.

In this step guide, Eric shares how to make fortified bars on a small scale and using simple machinery. Eric Kimmel is the co-founder of Noble Foods, a bar manufacturer in North America established in 1999 and that currently makes around 130 million bars per year.
